JUNIOR ACCOUNT OFFICER
Whose functions are stated below:- Assists in business development through client calls and solicits new lease/loan accounts through intensive and direct marketing activities with existing and prospective clients to be competitive in the industry.
- Assists in the formulation of detailed marketing program of JPNBL financial services for both established and prospective clients.
- Assists in the presentation of marketing proposals and rehabilitation/financial/collection programs to clients and in discussions concerning their request/problems.
- Assists in the implementation of various leasing services to assigned clientele.
- Assists in the review of leasing applications and submits to the immediate supervisor the pertinent data and information gathered for further evaluation.
- Assists the officers in the evaluation of the leasing applications and handles the processing of the approved lease/loans.
- Drafts, reviews, signs/initials when necessary, office correspondence and lease/loan recommendations.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
SENIOR ACCOUNT OFFICER
Whose functions are stated below:- Solicits new lease/loan accounts through intensive direct marketing activities such as sending out letter proposals, conducting client calls, attending trade fairs, exhibits, and conferences.
- Assists the entire Business Department in the formulation of detailed marketing programs and development of new marketing channels (e.g. PNB branches, Equipment vendors, Service providers) in pushing JPNB's financial services to both established and prospective clients.
- Gathers credit approval requirements from clients, requests for credit investigation and equipment appraisal reports, reviews and evaluates lease/loan applications, and submits detailed credit recommendations to the immediate supervisor and Credit Committee for approval.
- Ensures complete documentation of approved lease/loan applications, coordinates disbursement of proceeds with the Finance & IT and assists the Business Administration Department in servicing the account.
- Maintains quality of lease-loan portfolio by obtaining updated financial documents and other relevant information of clients, and monitoring their credit standing based on the same.
- Prepares regular and special reports for the Business Department and Senior Management such as Weekly Marketing Report, Mancom Report, Client Call Report, Business Plan, Summary of Referrals, etc.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned
TREASURY OFFICER
Whose functions are stated below:- Treasury
- Establishes credit lines with banks and lending institutions and attends to their renewal including evaluation and monitoring of the related credit and guaranty agreements.
- Handles implementation of loan availment/drawdown from established credit lines and closely watches and negotiates applicable borrowing rates.
- Monitors interest computation/due dates/payments/fees and principal repayments
- Monitors and implements funding of daily disbursement requirements
- Cash positioning and management
- Coordinates with other departments for funding requirements
- Monitors daily cash position of the company
- FX and Special Accounts Monitoring
- Monitors incoming and outgoing remittances of FX related transactions
- Monthly BSP Reports on FX Borrowings
- Monitors special purpose accounts and closely coordinates with Billing Section and the cashier on direct debit and credit transactions with banks.
- Management Reports
- Prepares weekly cash position report to the Management Committee
- Prepares weekly summary of treasury rates and borrowings
- Prepares monthly schedule of Outstanding Bills Payable Summary
- A degree holder in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or similar fields;
- Preferably 3-4 years experience in banking, treasury management, risk management or comparable professional practice;
- A strong knowledge of the capital market, operations and instruments;
- Very good oral and written communication skills, meticulous and well-organized

RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICER (RMO)
Reportorial Responsibility: Reporting directly to the PresidentEducation: Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, economics, banking and finance, liberal arts, mathematics or statistics/actuarial sciences.
Qualifications:
- Must possess comprehensive knowledge of traditional risk management principles and practices.
- Must have keen leadership and managerial skills, ability to drive change, exceptional oral, written and interpersonal skills as he/she will be responsible for managing and interacting with all levels of management.
- Must have a sound business judgment and ability to solve problems
- Must have the ability to influence across reporting lines.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establishes risk management procedures and standards and develops risk management analysis and reports
- Reviews and comments on the organization's overall risk exposure, focusing on factors such as credit risk, operational risk, tax risk, legal risk, country & counter party risk, currency risk, interest rate risk, and industry/sector risk, information & technology risk, etc.
- Involved in evaluating new products and trading / hedging strategies for their impact on the firm's risk profile.
- Works closely with business unit managers
- Responsible for the creation, documentation and regular updating of the organization's risk management policies and manuals in compliance with BSP regulatory requirements including ICAAP, BASEL and other banking issues
- Identifies, implements and maintain programs and tools, support the enterprise-wide monitoring and reporting on risk
Compliance responsibilities with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR)
- Familiarize with all the provisions of the AMLA and its RIRR particularly the system of reporting and investigating suspicious matters.

- Strict compliance with all pertinent obligations under the AMLA and its RIRR.
SENIOR OPERATIONS MANAGER
Reportorial Responsibility: Reporting directly to the PresidentJob Objectives:
- Plans, directs and organize the day to day operations of the units under his supervision; Credit & Collection, Accounting & Treasury Dept. and IT Section.
- Approves activities/transactions, signs/countersign memoranda/documents within authorized limits.
- Manage daily operations of his units with the effective use of materials and human resources available.
- Formulate policies, institute rules and ensure effective implementation and adherence.
- Implement internal controls and procedures including systems improvement.
- Facilitate programs within the approved operating budget.
- Actively contribute to the growth strategy of the company.
- Ensure that customer service in all areas of operation is always at its best;
- Decide on issues in the absence of his superior;
- Represent the company in the absence of his superior;
- Promote a work environment of creativity and teamwork;
